Shipping

1. Where do you ship?
We currently only ships in EU. If you live outside EU, please use the contact form and we can see if we can arrange a special shipment for you.

2. What do you ship in?
We ship in a paper box with the products placed in a recycle plastic bag to protect the textiles from water, insects and dirt during shipping.

3. What does it cost to ship products?
The cost varies depending on location. Please add the products you are interested of in the shopping basket and you can see the shipping cost for your location displayed.

4. How soon do you ship the products?
We wills hip the products within two business days from your order.

5. Shipment time?
The time for shipment to your location differs depending on your location. Usually the shipment takes 3-5 business days.

Payment

1. What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept most common credit and debit cards, together with PayPal.

2. What happens if I return a products, how do i get my payment back?
The payment will be returned through the same way you arranged the payment.

Wholesale

1. I want to purchase a large quantity, how can I get better rates?
If you want to purchase larger quantities of 10 or more of the same product, please contact us through the contact form and a seller will contact you.

2. Can I get a exclusive sales agreement for my country to sell Day & Me Stockholm products?
Please contact us, through the contact form and a seller will contact you for further discussions.

Returns

1. How can I return a broken product?
If the product don't live up to your expectations you may return it to us at your our expense. When product has been returned and we have confirmed the product error we will arrange a refund. Please contact us at returns@dayme.se for us to arrange a shipping pick-up.

2. I changed my mind, I want top return the product
If you changed your mind or got the wrong size, you can send the product back to us at your own expense. After receiving the product in good condition we will refund your payment. Please send to: Day & Me Stockholm, Pilgatan 3, 11223 Stockholm, Sweden
